INVESTOR PROFILE
Seeking a private investor with appetite for a HIGH RISK/HIGH
RETURN trading strategy.
The strategy utilizes leveraged
derivatives in order to maximize potential return. Trading various
asset classes, including FX, INDICIES, COMMODITIES &
FUTURES.

TRADER BROKERAGE ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

The brokerage account will be opened and registered to the
investor ensuring the Investor maintains complete control over the
trading account; at no time will the trader have direct access to
funds. The trader shall be granted access to the trading account
via one of the following brokers/trading platforms (ETX
Capital/Global Prime/ Global Futures) to allow him to trade.
Trading profits shall be split on a 50/50 percent ratio on the last
working day of each month (1.Remote Trader)
INVESTOR/TRADER SETUP OPTIONS
1.. The trader shall access the trading account via one of the
aforementioned platforms on a remote basis. The trader shall
maintain a trading log, and submit a daily Profit & Loss report to
the investor. The Trader and Investor shall agree STRICT risk
parameters such as daily loss limit, minimum risk:reward ratio per
trade, maximum profit per day. Profit shall be split on a 50/50
percent ratio in favor of the investor, payment to be made to the
trader on the last working day of each month. Payments may be
made earlier at the investors discretion but no later than the last
working day of each month.
2.. The trader is secured on a retained basis to trade the investors
account locally. The trader shall be provided with accommodation,
and remuneration of $15,000.00 USD per month. Profits shall be
split on a 65/35 percent basis. Investor is to provide an office
equipped with an adequate trading system with 4 monitors,
internet access and a telephone.

MINIMUM INVESTMENT (REMOTE)

It is advised that the investor opens his personal account with no
less than $ 30,000.00 USD.
MINIMUM INVESTMENT (RETAINED TRADER)
It is advised that the investor opens his personal account with no
less than $ 100,000.00 USD.

BROKERAGE ACCOUNT
The brokerage account shall be registered and funded in the
name of the investor; this ensures that all funds remain in the
control of the investor. The trader will have no access to client
funds. The trader will have access to the trading account at all
times in order to monitor performance.
EQUIPMENT (REMOTE)
If the trader is working on a remote basis then all equipment shall
remain the property of the trader.
EQUIPMENT (RETAINED TRADER)
If the trader is retained on a local basis, all equipment provided by
the investor shall remain the property of the investor.

TRADER / INVESTOR AGREEMENT

I hereby acknowledge that I accept the risk parameters explained

within this document. I agree to work with the Wolfe Trader on a
Remote/Retained basis.
I, agree to the profit share terms as per the
above terms and shall submit payment no later than the last
