June 11, 2015 ‘To Whom It May Concer: Lam writing this as a letter of recommendation for a student of mine, Lara Pabandero-de- Lasan, who was in my Introduction to Sociology class in the fall semester of 2014 at Humber College. I will begin by saying that of the roughly 200 students I taught in that semester, her mark of 8 per cent was one of the top three marks. Her work was of a consistently high quality, well thought out and well-written, Her assignment papers were a delight to read and mark, and that is not something I can often say.
