‫مجزرة انتخابية في الجامعة الھاشمية‬
‫في بيان لھا وصفت الحملة الوطنية من أجل حقوق الطلبة ” ذبحتونا ” ما حدث من عميد شئون الطالب بالجامعة الھاشمية بالمجزرة االنتخابية حيث قرر‬
‫العميد قبول ترشيح ‪ 64‬طالباً من بين ‪ 138‬تقدم بطلب الترشيح للتنافس علي ‪ 58‬مقعداً وحسمت مقاعد ‪ 7‬كليات بالتزكية ورائت “ذبحتونا” ان ادارة‬
‫الجامعة بھذا قد قامت بإقصاء كافة القوي الطالبية من اإلنتخابات وكانت “ذبحتونا” قد حذرت في وقت سابق من التعديالت التي ادخلتھا ادارة الجامعة علي‬
‫شروط الترشيح واعتبرت ان ھذه التعديالت وضعت لجعل الموافقة للترشيح خاضعة لمزاجية االدارة‪.‬‬

‫مناشدة للكشف عن سوداني مفقود والتحقيق في مزاعيم تعذييب ھنود ُحكموا باإلعدام‬
‫أصدرت منظمة العفو الدولية ھذا األسبوع بيانيين عن دولة األمارات العربية المتحدة طالبت في األول السلطات االمارتية بالتحقيق في اختفاء رجل‬
‫سوداني قسرياً بدولة االمارت منذ ‪ 5‬نوفمبر ‪ 2007‬بعد انا قامت قوات األمن بالقبض عليه من مطار دبي في ذلك اليوم واعتقاله بعد ذلك في أبو ظبي‬
‫وكانت زوجة المختفي قد ارسلت لمنظمة العفو الدولية للتحرك في ھذا الشأن واصفة ما تعنيه من الالم ھي وطفلھا منذ اختفاء زوجھا قسرياً ‪ ,‬وعلي صعيد‬
‫أخر ادانت العفو الدولية في بيانھا الثاني االنتھاكات والتعذيب الذين قيل ان ‪ 17‬رجالً ھندياً يواجھون عقوبة االعدام قد تعرضوا لھما في دولة االمارات‬
‫وذلك بعد اتھامھم بقتل رجل بكستاني ودعت العفو الدولية السلطات االمارتية للتحقيق في تلك المزاعم وطالبت بحماية ھؤالء الرجال من التعرض لمزيد‬
‫من التعذيب وسوء المعاملة‪.‬‬

‫في بيان لھم اعرب كل من مركز البحرين لحقوق االنسان وجمعية شباب البحرين لحقوق االنسان عن قلقھما من استمرار السلطات البحرينية في محاوالت‬
‫انتھاك حق المواطنين في الوصول للمعلومة وذلك بسبب قيام النيابة العامة باتخاذ قرار بحظر النشر لكافة االخبار المتعلقة بالقضية المتھم فيھا وزير الدولة‬
‫منصور بن رجب بالفساد وتتعلق بغسيل االموال وذلك بناءاً علي طلب تقدم به الدفاع للنيابة العامة بسبب استدعاء احد افراد االسرة الحاكمة للشھادة في‬
‫التحقيقات واعربا المنظمتين عن اعتقادھم بان ھذا القرار جاء بسبب احتمال تورط احد افراد األسرة المالكة في القضية ‪ ,‬وطالبا برفع ھذا القرار فوراً‬

‫ما زالوا رھن االحتجاز رغم انقضاء أحكام السجن الصادرة بحقھم‬

‫طالبت منظمة ھيومن رايتس وتش االدعاء السعودي ان يأمر فوراً سلطات السجون بإطالق سراح جميع السجناء الذين أتمّوا أحكام السجن الصادرة بحقھم‪,‬‬
‫وقالت المنظمة أن ھناك على األقل أربعة سعوديين ويمني وباكستاني في سجن الحائر جنوبي الرياض ما زالوا رھن االحتجاز بعد انقضاء شھر إلى ثالثة‬
‫أشھر من إتمامھم ألحكام السجن الصادرة بحقھم‪ .‬وما زال الرجال رھن االحتجاز رغم أن وحدة من مكتب االدعاء يُفترض أنھا تراقب السجناء لضمان أن‬
‫يكون االحتجاز بشكل قانوني‪.‬‬

‫مطالب بالتحقيق في مقتل صحفيين بالعراق‬
‫اعربت لجنة حماية الصحفيينعن انزعاجھا جراء محتوى فيلم الفيديو الذي تم الكشف عنه من قبل الموقع اإللكتروني “ويكيليكس” والذي يظھر غارة‬
‫عسكرية أمريكية جرت في ‪ 12‬تموز‪/‬يوليو ‪ .2007‬وقد أدت الغارة إلى مقتل عدد غير محدد من األشخاص‪ ،‬بمن فيھم المصور نمير نور الدين الذي يعمل‬
‫مع وكالة رويترز‪ ،‬ومساعده سعيد شماغ‪.‬‬
‫وطالبت اللجنة في بيان لھا وزارة الدفاع االمريكية باجراء تحقيقات شاملة ومحايدة وعلنية بشأن تلك الحاالت واضافت انه يجب ان تكون تلك التحقيقات‬

‫وفاة فتاة نتيجة الممارسة الجنسية والقبض علي اخري ضحية للزواج المبكر‬
‫وفق بالغ تلقاه منتدى الشقائق العربي لحقوق اإلنسان تم البارحة الموافق األحد ‪ 25‬ابريل ‪ 2010‬القبض على طفلة عمرھا ‪ 15‬في حديقة الثورة بمنطقة‬
‫الجراف في صنعاء بعد أن ظلت متشردة لمدة ثالثة أيام في الشوارع‪ .‬الطفلة حنان التي تنتمي لمنطقة ضالع ھمدان ھي احد ضحايا الزواج المبكر‪ ،‬حيث‬
‫تم تزويجھا في سن ‪ 13‬عاماً على احد أقربائھا وتعرضت إلساءة المعاملة الشديدة وھو األمر الذي اضطرھا للھرب من الزوج إلى العاصمة والتشرد فيھا‪.‬‬
‫وفي بيان أخر كشف منتدي الشقائق عن وفاة الطفلة الھام البالغة من العمر ‪ 16‬عاما بسبب نزيف حاد في المھبل ‪ ,‬حيث صدر تقرير الطب الشرعي محدداً‬
‫سن الطفلة ب ‪ 16‬عاماً وأفاد ان الوفاة كانت بسبب الممارسة الجنسية وعلم فريق قانوني من منتدي الشقائق بعد زيارة الھل الفتاة انھا قد تزوجت بعد‬
‫بلوغھا ببضع شھور ‪.‬‬

‫اعتداء غاشم علي الصحفي زھير مخلوف‬
‫استنكرت منظمات حقوقية ھذا األسبوع التعدي السافر من قبل األمن التونسي علي الصحفي والناشط الحقوقي زھير مخلوف حيث قام مجموعة من رجال‬
‫األمن باقتحام منزله للقبض عليه وعندما سأل عن اذن القبض قاموا بسبه وضربه بعنف امام زوجته واطفاله مما خلف جروح في انفه وعينه وذلك لمنعه‬
‫من مقالة عميد المحاميين الفرنسيين الذي كان يزور تونس في ھذا اليوم ورفضت المنظمات ان تمر اعتداءات أمن زين العابدين بن علي علي الصحافيين‬
‫‪ .‬والنشطاء دون حساب وطالبوا بالضغط الدولي واألعالمي لتصحيح تلك األوضاع‬

‫تأجيل محاكمة ھيثم المالح‬
‫عقدت محكمة الجنايات العسكرية الثانية بدمشق صباح اليوم الخميس ‪ 2010 / 4 / 22‬جلسة جديدة لمحاكمة األستاذ المحامي ھيثم المالح ‪ ،‬وقد قامت‬
‫المحكمة اليوم باستجوابه حول التھم المنسوبة إليه ” نقل أنباء كاذبة من شأنھا وھن نفسية األمة و ذم القضاء وإذاعة أخبار كاذبة من شأنھا أن تنال من‬
‫ھيبة الدولة” ‪.‬‬
‫وكرر األستاذ المالح في جلسة اليوم أقواله السابقة أمام قاضي التحقيق ‪ ،‬وقدم لھيئة المحكمة ثالثة عشر وثيقة تؤكد ما قاله في االستجواب الذي دار‬
‫بمعظمه حول الحوار الذي أجرته معه قناة بردى الفضائية مؤكدا في الوقت نفسه بأنه لم يكن يعرف خلفية ھذه القناة أو الصحفي الذي أجرى الحوار معه ‪،‬‬
‫ثم تقدم الزميل المالح إلى ھيئة المحكمة بطلب إخالء سبيل وطالب بمحاكمته طليقا بسبب أوضاعه الصحية السيئة‪،‬وقررت المحكمة رفع الجلسة إلى تاريخ‬
‫‪ 2010 / 5 / 13‬لمطالبة النيابة بأساس الدعوى‬

Electoral massacre at the Hashemite University
In a statement, the national campaign for the rights of students “Zabahtona”, described what happened from the
dean of student affairs at the Hashemite University as a massacre of elections. The dean accepted the
nomination of 64 students out of 138 applied for nomination to compete for 58 seats whereas seats of 7
faculties were settled by acclamation.
Zabahtona said that the university administration has excluded all the notable students from the elections.
“Zabahtona” previously warned of the amendments introduced by the university administration on the nomination
conditions and considered that these amendments were tailored to make the approval of the nomination subject
to mood of management.

Appeal To Disclose The Fate Of A Sudanese And Requests To Investigate Torture Incidents Of
Sentenced To Death.

Amnesty International this week two statements concerning UAE. In the first Amnesty called on UAE government
to investigate the disappearance of a Sudanese man who was arrested and detained in Dubai airport in
5/11/2007. His wife has sent to Amnesty International of his disappearance to move in this regard, describing
how painful it was for her and for their child. On the other hand, Amnesty International denounced in its second
statement the torture and violations allegedly committed against 17 Indians who were sentenced to death
convicted of murdering a Pakistani man. Amnesty requested UAE government to investigate these allegations as
well as protect those men from further torture and ill treatment.

Publishing Ban in corruption case
In a statement ,Bahrain Centre for Human Rights and Bahrain Youth Society for Human Rights expressed
concern over the continued attempts of the Bahraini authorities to violate the right of citizens to access
information. The public prosecutor’s decided to ban publishing of all news related to the case where the state
minister Mansour Bin Rajab is accused of corruption and money laundry. The ban was requested by the defense
as the public prosecutor called member of the royal family to testify. Both organizations expressed their belief
that this decision came due to the possible involvement of a member of the royal family in the case and
demanded the immediate lifting of this resolution

Human Rights Watch asked Saudi prosecution to immediately order the prison authorities to release all prisoners

Flawed elections, and the president must be in The Hague
The networks independent civil society organizations, an alliance of 120 organizations ,the national civil forum
governing the work of 56 organizations as well as African justice organization considered the Sudanese elections
did not allow the voter to freely express his will and to choose their representatives.
In their statement they made several recommendations
1- Reconsidering the entire electoral process including the results
2- Disregarding the election results in government composition.

Human Rights Watch Sudanese described the elections as faulty in a statement issued this week. HRW said that
political repression and violations of human rights in various parts of the Sudan in addition to the failures of the
administration as well as the technical problems ruined the first multi-party in elections Sudan for more than
twenty years.
Human Rights Watch added that the Sudanese authorities must immediately investigate all violations that took
place and bring those responsible to justice.
It added that the re-election of Bashir has no legal effect on the charges against him by the International Criminal
Court and considered that the appropriate place for the president elected in such flawed elections is in The
Hague to answer to the charges against him.

Demands to Investigate into killing journalists in Iraq
CPJ was extremely disturbed by the video posted on Wikileaks which shows a U.S. military raid that took place
in July 12th , 2007. The raid resulted in killing an unspecified number of people, including Reuters photographer
Namir Noor ElDin, and his assistant Saeed Chmagh.
CPJ requested in a statement that the U.S. defense department to conduct a thorough impartial and a public
investigation on these cases and added that such investigations should be useful for the army and the media.

Victims of early marriage , one dead ,another astray
According to a communiqué received by the Arab Sisters Forum for Human Rights on April 25th , 2010 a girl
aged 15 years was arrested near Sanaa after the having been on the streets for three days. Hanan is one of the
victims of early marriage, was married at the age of 13 years to a relative who mistreated her that she had to
escape from the husband and get lost in the capital.
In a statement last ,Sisters Forum announced the death of Ilham, 16 years ,due to severe bleeding. The forensic
report assessed the age of the child and said that the death was due violence . The legal team of the forum
learnt that she had been married shortly after puberty.

Brutal attack on Zouhair Makhlouf
Several human rights organizations denounced this week the unashamed assault by Tunisian security on Zuhair
Makhlouf. A group of security men broke into his home to arrest him and when asked about the arrest warrant,
they insulted him and beat him violently in front of his wife and children, leaving his nose and eye bruised. The
assault was to prevent him from meeting the dean of French lawyers, who was in Tunisia on that day.
Organizations refused to pass security attacks on journalists and activists without accountability and called for
international and media pressure to correct the situation.

Haitham AlMaleh’s Trial Adjourned
On 22/04/2010 the military court held a new session of the trial of Haitham Maleh, the Court has today
questioned him about the charges against him :
1- Spreading false news which would affect the morale of the nation
Defaming judiciary 2-
3- Broadcasting false news that would impair the prestige of the state
Maleh repeated his earlier statements made before the investigating judge. He also requested to be released
due to his delicate health condition. The court adjourned the case to 13/5/2010 after requesting the prosecution
to submit case basis.

Restrictions on journalists and writers in the West Bank Condemned
The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights denounced in a statement issued this week the restrictions and
arbitrary practices imposed by the general intelligence in the West Bank on the Palestinian writer , journalist and
human rights activist Muhannad Salahat. The center denounced the detention of the writer Walid Hodali by
preventive security service and seizing his computer after his release. PCHR calls upon the Palestinian security
forces to respect international standards of human rights, and the basic law of the Palestinian National Authority,
