This letter is to confirm that Sang Yoon Shin is enrolled in the teacher preparation program at
Michigan State University (MSU). This student is in good standing and completing the post-
graduate teaching internship year required for certification
The College of Education Certification Office will do a final review after grades become
available in early May to verify that all MSU and Michigan Department of Education (MDE)
requirements for certification have been met. It takes several weeks to process
recommendations for certification for all of our teaching interns. | would expect this student
to be certified as a Michigan teacher by the end of May 2016.
