Vision Statement
Mission Statement
The mission of the Schoo Library Program is to empower
students to think critically, use information ethically, and
become lifelong readers. Our mission will be accomplished
through collaboration with Schoo staff.
Action Plans
A. Goal Statement: To increase technology inside the
classrooms
1. Action Steps:
a. Attend workshops on technology
(SMARTboards, 1:1, iPads, etc.)
b. Speak with other schools whose these modes
of technology
c. Write grants to get money
d. Introduce teachers to new technology
2. Schedule: before 2nd semester look into technology
grants, then proceed with attending
workshops/conferences.
3. Resources: permission, travel costs, help writing
grants
4. Anticipated Student Outcome
a. Students will benefit by learning new ways to
use technology in the classroom
b. Students will take away meaningful information
to be come lifelong learners

B. Goal Statement: To keep up-to-date on new trends,


technology and library resources.
