Program Recommendations
Based on applicants scores and availability of funds, recommendations for
awards and declines are forwarded to the Museums and Cultural Affairs
Advisory Board (MCAAB) for review and approval

End of August 2016

City Council approves FY 2017 City Budget

September 2016

Funding amount determination letter will be sent out to all awardees or

declines after City Council Approval of the Budget for FY 2017 (September
2016 through August 2017)
Contracts will be drafted for Fiscal Year 2017
(September 1, 2016 through August 15, 2017)
All contracts must be signed no later than November 15, 2016
