March 2, 2016 Dear Parents, Greetings! We are bringing you the exciting news of our upcoming field trip. We will be going to Barrier Islands in Charleston, SC. ‘The Besrier Island field trip will be on May 13. This trip will involve an extended school day. ‘Transportation will need to be provided to and from school that day, We will be leaving at 6:00 am, and retuming at approximately 5 pm. If our arrival time changes for any reason, we will send out a constant contact call. The cost of the trip will be $20.00 per child. We will be doing bag lunches; you can send a lunch with your child or you will be able to order a lunch from the cafeteria. If you ate interested in chaperoning this trip, please indicate that on the form. ‘We will be able to take two chaperones, per class. The chaperones will not have to pay for the trip and will be expected to ride the bus, If more than 2 parents want to chaperone, we will have a lottery drawing because space is limited on the buses as well as the boets that we riding to the Barrier Islands.
