Following the closing date on 21st June 2016, the GSCAPAHS 50th Anniversary Committee will hold a selection meeting to view
all applications. Written acceptance will be forwarded to all successful applicants. Preference is given to applicants who can
provide something different or unusual.
Please note:

Depending on your vehicle size and stall setup, you may be able to park your vehicle on your site. Please feel free to discuss
this with the organising committee once your application has been accepted.

No child under the age of 18 is permitted to act as a stallholder at this event. Children must at all times be under the close
supervision of parents and carers

No current students from GSCAPAHS will be permitted to work on private/commercial stalls. Students will only be permitted to
work on school-run stalls.

Final approval will be granted when current public liability insurance details are provided by the stallholder.

Payments: $50 per stall

Applicants must only process payment after Committee approval has been given
EFTPOS and cash payments may be made at the front office between 8am - 1:25pm
Cheque/Money Orders to be made payable to Granville South Creative and Performing Arts High School
All payments must be received four weeks prior to the Open Day.
No refunds.
