AIM
The main objective of this approach is to eliminate the time to stand in a
long queue to pay the college fee and get a receipt for it.
ABSTRACT
In the todays modern network oriented world scenario all the people want to
save their time and energy with the help of technological things like online
payment system, online shopping cart, and online money transfers and so on. There
is no one ready to manually work for all this activities, similarly all the people feel
lots of problem to come straightly to pay the fees for the son and/or daughter. The
Online Fees Payment Portal which is really helpful for all the parents to pay the
college semester fees through online without any delay. The advantage of this
system is to got the bill immediately once the payment is confirmed by the
administrator. This work initially starts with the hands of administrator to create
the student details and provide the proper login/authentication facilities to them.
Once the Process is over the administrator has to define the fees for each and every
student in the institution and the details are immediately pushed to the parents mail
at the next second of administrator completes the work. Once the administrator
payment copy is collected through mail the parents have to take the cheque or
demand draft for the college and submit through online. The administrator just
confirms the payment by sending the bill to the respective student. For all this
system purely saves the precious time to the people and provides an efficient way
to the administrator to avoid the physical complexities.

INTRODUCTION
This is a web-based college management application which helps to provide
the fees payment facility to overcome the time consumption problem. The main
aim in developing this online college and fee management system is to provide an
easy way not only to automate all functionalities of a college, but also to provide
full functional reports to top management of college with the finest of details about
any aspect of college.
The problem is to provide the complete information about the college
campus. In which the college staff members, students and parents can access the
information and will be familiar with college campus. It will provide interactive
environment for the staff, students and parents by getting knowledge of student
attendance, remarks, exams performances, grades, timetables, notices etc.
Online College and Fees Management System is a portal, which has the
perspective of attaining attraction of those colleges which dont have one
good performing software for keeping their information secure and make
their management easier. College Management System provides one attractive
environment where you can manipulate data and information about students and
staff easily. So we can say the Core purpose of designing College Management
System is to manage the task related to the college students/employees and to
reduce time to searching of appropriate candidates in college view.
In this system we can maintain the complete details of the college through
online i.e. maintaining the student data, administration data, hostel data and also
the generating the reports. Student data like student registration, attendance details,
there semester marks details, their library account. Faculty details like saving the
profiles of staff editing them and deleting them. Hostel data like hostel registration
and fee maintenance.

Administration details like course details, library books details. Reports of

student registration, fee reports, examination reports, library reports etc. Career
finder is a compilation of separate products for users of all ages with some targeted
specifically for students in schools. The products have been developed for
individuals to work through at their own pace. Teachers and facilitators guides are
provided and outcomes mapped to the curriculum learning outcomes.
This system provides the detail structure of the college campus and its
departments. Online College and Fee Management System synchronize the

provides support that a faculty can also check about his daily schedule, can upload
assignments, and notices to the students. Here administrator will manage the
accounts of the student and faculties, makes the timetable, and upload the latest
information about the campus.

EXISTING SYSTEM
The existing system is a manual one so every work is done by
manual.
In the manual system there is no security to all informations
Risk of mismanagement of data when the project is under
development.
In the manual system time can be taken more.
Mismatching of data in files.
Maintaining all the informations in records so it is difficult. If they
want any record they have to search all the records by manually.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
In the proposed system we maintain the database by using system

Student attendance status: It gives the attendance status of students. Faculty

will update the attendance periodically and can be seen by students and
parents.
Students performance in exams: This facility provides the performance of
the student in each exam which is conducted by university or college such as
midterm performance. Marks obtained by students in exams will be updated
by faculties that can be access by students and parents.
Information about staff: It will help in maintaining complete information
about college faculty members such as their department, cadre, date of
joining, salary, etc. Administrator will register new faculties and remove
their account when they leave the college.
Library Information: It will help in maintaining the library details of the
college.

ADMIN MODULE
In this module he can maintain the details of students, staff, about library
books, laboratory details etc..
STUDENT MODULE
In this student can get registered to that college, can get the details regarding
the fee payments and library accounts etc..
HOSTEL MODULE
In this the required student can get register for a room in the college hostel
by giving their details and paying the hostel fee.
OFFICE MODULE
In this module the administrative staff will maintain the student fee details
and paying salaries to the staff. They will be scheduling the examination report.
REPORTS
This module generates the reports regarding staff like their pay slip details
and their personal details. And reports regarding student and hostel registration
respectively, and their attendance reports and course report, and fee details of
collage and hostel fee. As well as library report and marks report and examination
report.
