As we can see in both of the pictures, we see that wire cables was not in their real
position. The picture was taken at Block A, Kampus Bandar (KB). This poor condition of the
wire cable maybe can fell off from their position, maybe it will hit and harm students, lecturers
or workers that pass through that sidewalk. With this condition, the user are insecure. This
situation is really serious because in this condition also can create an electric shock if the wire
cable hit human skin. It also can create a short circuit if that wire contact with water. This is
wrong according to Law of Malaysia, Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994:

Section 66 (2) (l) regulate and require the monitoring by employers or occupiers of
conditions at a place of work including the health of their employees

Section 66 (2) (m) secure the provision of adequate welfare facilities by employers for
persons at work.

To solve this problem, the party concerned shall ensure that all wire cables in Kampus Bandar
must always in a good condition and stay on their position.

This picture shown the cabinet and the office chairs was broken. This picture was taken at
the Block B, Kampus Bandar (KB). Both of this item need to put at the garbage dump area,
because it already broken and it cant be use or repair anymore. But we found this broken items
in an office at KB. This item maybe can harm people in this office, such as the chairs may
collapse and maybe it will hit the people who pass through that area. This situation is wrong
