Respected Sir,
With due humble submission I state to say that I Iram Saba working as a
project assistant level II in the Microbial Biotechnology of IIIM, Srinagar under the
guidance of Dr. Qazi Parvaiz Hassan from Jan. 2007 to till date. I am not yet registered
for Ph.D. in any university. Now I want to register my self in Shri Mata Vaishnav Devi
University, Katra as per the guidelines of MoU between the IIIM and SMVDU. Please
grant me permission to get registration the said university. I shall be highly thankful for
your act of kindness.
