I am writing in reference to the Safety and Security Associate position at Little Rock Job Corps Data Center
(LRJCC). I have nearly a decade of both armed and unarmed security experience. I have been working with youth and
at risks populations nearly my entire life. My experience ranges from civic involvement, law enforcement outreach
programs, and working with the diversity and minority division of student affairs on the university level.
An employment opportunity with LRJCC would allow me to become a positive and effective part of the change
for which Job Corps has become widely regarded. Job satisfaction and fulfillment of purpose are primary motivations
