The primary purpose is to improve the selected site through website revisions, revised tutorials, and quick reference guide through conducting user tests. --Audience for this project would be faculty and staff in a number of colleges at UNCC. This includes the College of Liberal Art & Sciences, the College of Health and Human Services, and the Belk College of Business. Although it was created for staff members of the listed colleges, it is not limited to them. --The primary purpose is to improve the selected site through website revisions, revised tutorials, and quick reference guide through conducting user tests. --Particular topics/tasks to be included in the work:
Recruit test subjects (2-3) among various professors at UNCC.
Participants will be expected to come to usability tests prepared to find issues with the sites or areas that can be improved Recording of sessions will summarized and observing and writing down notes Materials we will prepare to organize usability test: o Introductory script including directions for test o Post test review questions addressing subjects experience o Conclude with thank you correspondence Review findings, create a reference guide to solve the issues and create a final report

March 14: Create draft of interview materials, and figure out
who we will select for our user tests. March 16: Drafting day in class March 21: (by or on) Have at least one usability test completed. March 23: (by or on) Have completed all usability tests. Have first two (at least) usability tests. March 28: Start creating the rough draft and quick reference guide, and document all results. April 4: Rough draft of results written.
April 6: Report to Alex Chapin, Ceily Hamilton, and Laurie
