It is my pleasure to write a letter on behalf of Tara Michael, who is applying for a
teaching position. As a psychologist with the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit, I have
worked closely with Ms. Michael over the past year and have been impressed with her
ability to connect with special needs students. Her job as a special education teacher at
the Roberto Clemente Charter School has required her to instruct a challenging group of
individuals, and she has been very effective in using both her pedagogical and classroom
management skills to motivate the students to maximize their skills. Her diverse
experiences in both Emotional and Learning Support classes have served her well. In
