MALALA YUSEFZAI
Who She Is?
Malala Yousafzai born 12 July 1997 is a Pakistani
activist for female education and the youngest-ever
Nobel Prize laureate. She is known mainly for human
rights advocacy for education and for women in her
native Swat Valley in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa
province of northwest Pakistan, where the local Taliban
had at times banned girls from attending school.
Yousafzai's advocacy has since grown into an
international movement.

What She Did?

On a transport from school on 9 October 2012,
Yousafzai and three distinctive young women were
wounded by two shooters. The Taliban took the
responsibility for the shooting and guaranteed to
butcher Yousafzai for engaging western plans. Malala
Yousafzai was wounded in the head and neck and
transported to a British mending office for wellbeing
descriptions and particular medical care. Yousafzai
interviewed with the Urdu-dialect Aaj Daily & Canadas
Toronto Star & she likewise started showing up on TV
to freely push for female education & equal rights for

Why is She Important to

Me?
Malala is not only supporting kids & girls who want to
go to school in the third world countries! Once I saw a documentary on BBC about youths in
Afghanistan & Pakistan who were dancing regretfully for the military commanders & guess what?
They were not only woman or even girls who were dancing! She also has a campaign named We Do
Not Dance Anymore physically & mentally supporting adolescent boys & girls who have been raped
& molested by Taliban in both Afghanistan & Pakistan. One of my best friend in Iran, when he was
just 13, got molested by his stepdad. He ended up committing suicide. Im just about to cry, but I will

hold it for now because I have to reveal some secrets here about
my life. (I have never told this to any of my friends after his
death) Since his death, I never had a BFF. I never wanted to
have another one. She was not only supporting girls & boys to
find their real talent & spirit inside them, but also; she destroyed
the taboo of talking about molested boys like my friend. If we
had such an organization in Iran too, maybe we could help him
to recover & he wouldnt end up dead :((((((((((((((
