Dear Madam / Sir,


My name is Kimberly Hodson. I have been an RN for 25 years, with the last 16 years being in the
specialty of NICU. I currently work in a Level 3 NICU at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester,
Virginia.

I had the opportunity to precept Devon Price while she was a nursing student at Shenandoah
University. She was with me from February 2016-March 2016. I worked closely with her in the NICU.
She is a quick learner and eager to jump in for any learning opportunity that comes along. She was
prompt with her arrival to the unit and very professional in her appearance. It was rewarding to watch
her grow in her knowledge and skills during her experience in the NICU.
