The habitat of the Sea Turtle lives in the Ocean.
They live around shallow coastal areas and they
also live near coral reefs and lagoons or
Oceanic Islands and through narrow creeks and
passes. They mostly live around the Tropical
areas.

Animals Life
These Turtles are different because of the shape of their mouths. They physical
appearance is different and which is why they have a different name. They tend to
stay in shallow waters. Like every other turtle they lay their eggs on land, on the
sand at the beach. Then they hatch and they have to get to the ocean at first they
cannot just start diving so they just float around plants. The turtles are omnivorous.
The Hawksbill lifespan is 30-50 years.

Role in Ecosystem

The Sea Turtle has been around for millions of years and now their very
existence is being threatened. The turtle keep the sea clean they make when they
eat the seagrass they are basically like tending to the garden and provide
nurturance because we know that not all hatchlings making it to the water they end
up

Population trends / Status of Endangerment

They are listed as critically endangered.

Threats to Species
The Turtles are being hunted and then they are
skinned and their shells are also being used to
make jewelry other things.

What is the world trying to do to help?

There are law to protect these animals but people don't care they still take
advantage of them. They use they skin and shells and sell them. They feel as if
the money is worth the turtles life when in reality that isn't true.

Can this species be saved?

This species can be saved. Like any other species we just need to stop
causing harm to them. We are the ones that hunt them for display and when they
start to become endangered we start worrying like if we arent the reason they are
in that position. In conclusion we have to start acting as if we are the ones causing
the harm and help these turtles out because we are. Same goes for every other
species.
