Zach has worked in the Student Ministries Department at Valley Church under

my supervision beginning with his attendance of Middle school to current.

During that time I developed a very high regard for Zach based on the
outstanding contributions that he has made to our programs throughout that
time. In fact, Zach has been one of the most productive youth staff members
that the department has employed during my 7 years vocation as Pastor of
Student Ministries!
Zach exhibited a rare combination of speed and accuracy that has enabled
him to produce a very high volume of work while maintaining very high
standards for quality. Staff has often said "I can't believe that Zach has
figured that out or is done with that job already"! Zach is able to follow
complex directions in a thorough and detailed manner and also works very
independently without close supervision when it is appropriate. Rarely did
staff need to explain a process or procedure to Zach more than once and he
was particularly adept at learning our systems and cultural bents. Zach is
an organizational whiz who can work on multi-layered tasks and balance
multiple projects concurrently.
Zach's "can do" attitude brightened our programs and made him a very low
maintenance student staff member. His strong human relations skills enabled
him to interface very effectively with many different constituencies
including volunteer/paid adult staff, parents and students. Zachs strong
verbal communications skills allowed him to relay information in a clear
and coherent manner. Zach is a naturally caring person who consistently
demonstrats a solid service orientation.
As you can tell, I am quite impressed with this outstanding young man and
give him my strongest recommendation for any roles which require
intelligence, organization, communication skills, service orientation and a
