I am pleased to offer this recommendation on behalf of Alexis Hernandez. Ms. Hernandez

completed her four years of high school at El Capitan High Schools and currently has
maintained an exceptional grade point average this schoolyear.
It is my observation that Ms.Hernandez always conducts herself in a professional manner,

performing her duties with the utmost efficiency and demonstrates a great deal of natural ability.
She is innovative and dynamic in a group setting, infusing motivation and natural leadership in
every goal she sets. She is well organized and always demonstrates mastery of every task
presented to her. She is popular with fellow students because she provides positive
encouragement, listens to her fellow students and helps them in any capacity.
Ms. Hernandez's strengths in and out of the classroom includes her ability to maintain
outstanding grades in all academic areas, her vast experiences throughout the community and
her wide range of interests outside the schoo! environment. She has been a vital part in a
Summer program that El Capitan has every year to help incoming freshmen acclimate to high
school. She volunteered 5 hours a day Monday through Thursday for 5 weeks. Demonstrating
to me that she is a selfless individualwith a passion for helping others.
