why we made this.
1. Open CRM in Access.
2. Click the circular button with an upside down triangle and press queries.
There you will find Manual ACT, SAT, GRE, Workshop, etc. Depending on
what youre doing/who youre mailing to, you will have to go through and
follow the steps for each one.
4. Find, for example, GradYear on the chart. In the Criteria field of the
GradYear column, type in the requested year of graduation. (2016, 2017,
etc.)

You made it this far! Great! Now for the tricky part.
6. Copy and Paste ALL emails into an Excel file. These must all go into ONE
column.
6A. Do this for each query (ACT, SAT, Workshop, etc.).
7. After all emails are in the Excel file, click the Data tab and click Remove
Duplicates.
Now, you can split the list into groups of 50 and send the emails out!
