Mahogany Glazed Salmon

4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets


1/2 cup Dannon Plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. fresh minced ginger
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/16 tsp. black pepper
1/2 Tbsp. fresh chives

Directions:
* 1. In a shallow plate or glass bowl mix together the yogurt, soy sauce, ol
ive oil, lemon juice and ginger.
* 2. Lay the salmon on top and turn over to coat with the marinade.
* 3. Cover and set aside for 20-30 minutes.
* 4. Remove from the marinade and broil the salmon about 3" from the heat un
til browned on top and cook until just done (4-5 minutes).
* 5. Remove and place on warm plates. Serve immediately sprinkled with chive
s if desired
