Creativity is the ability to do something new, new that is not done before.
This is the ability of doing something that is not anything. On the other hand
Innovation is the process of doing something new means transformation of
creative ideas into existence.
Now the difference between these two terms is the ability and doing. Who
is champion??? No one can deny to the natural ability of thinking something
new that is beneficial and useful but to do it and transform it into existence is
the real effort. Bill Gates is innovator not a creator, Mark Zukerburg is the
innovator not a creator. No one knows the one who create the idea of
Microsoft and Facebook. This is not the means the creativity has no value. No
one knows about Microsoft and Facebook if no person thinks about it.
Apple falls on the ground creates idea in the mind of Newton but Law of
Gravity is not only the fruit of falling the fruit. Newton applied the scientific
knowledge and mathematical laws to convert his idea into existence so this
is the difference between creativity and innovation.
Creativity is the pre-requisite of the innovation means no one become
innovator without creator. There are five steps of creativity these are follows:

Development of Idea

Preparation of Idea
Growing of Idea
Illumination of Idea
Verification of Idea

Once an idea is prepared and verified by a creator he explores his idea either
in front of others or transforming this idea into existence by his/her own.
Person that transforms the creative idea into existence becomes an
innovator. This is common observation that most of the creators not trying to
innovate because no cost for thinking but greater cost and risk is behind the
innovation.
Like Creativity Innovation also have five steps to accomplish:

Inspiration from creativity

Identification of goal
Planning to achieve

Execute
Continuously Improving

In this world uncertainty is exists everywhere. In this uncertain life the

people who take a risk with full dedication and determination nearly always
achieve his goal. Those who only think and not try to achieve take the
chance of growing for others. Because achievement is here but the one who
try got it!!!
