Trim cast to eliminate much of the facial peripheral border
Trim or drill a hole in the palatal area
‘Apply reservoir material to the facial surfaces of the teeth on the cast
Clamp a sheet of vinyl tray material in form of the vacuum raising the
frame until itis just below the heating element ~ turn on
Place one cast in the center of the platform of the vacuum
( Lower the vacuum frame when vinyl has sagged about + inch

Remove cast from the tray
Trim with fine scissors just to the gingival crest
