Approach to obtain the system

Based on our interview session with representive Cik Nor Atikah Khalilah,
Accountant of the Good Year Malaysia Bhd ,we know that they use the outsource
approach to obtain the system. All the Good Year organisation use the same
system that is SAP to record the business functions of an organization. The Good
Year Malaysia Bhd has been establish in Malaysia since 1972 and due to that the
information on the procedure to obtain the system cannot be retrieve. The
representive did not know the procedure due to the system already been use
since the company being built in Malaysia. It being passed down through the
year. So that all the information that we can conclude in the approach to obtain
the system is Outsource by buying the software from another vendor
