SCHENGEN VISA SHORT STAY (less or equal to 90 days)


RENEWAL OF A MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA (CIRCULATION)
ISSUED BY THE FRENCH EMBASSY
The present checklist applies only for renewal of multiple entries visas marked CIRCULATION that are still
valid or which have expired less than one year ago.
1st STEP: Booking an appointment
The VFS Visa Application Centre receives applications by appointment. Appointments can be booked
through VFS website (http://www.vfsglobal.com/france/philippines/index.html). If needed, a telephone
assistance is available through VFS call centre: +63 2 790 4903.

STEP: Requirements

2 sets of supporting documents are required:


- 1 set of original supporting documents, which will be handed back to the applicant
- And 1 set of photocopies in A4 format (photocopies must not be stapled)

1 signed Schengen visa application form


+ 1 photo (35mm x 45mm, white background)

Valid passport (with at least 3 months' validity)

+ 1 photocopy of the passport page with personal data

+ 1 photocopy of the CIRCULATION visa formerly issued

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:
1.

Proof of the socio-professional situation of the applicant (or if unemployed, of his/her spouse)

Certificate of employment, with monthly salary

Or, if self employed: official business registration for current year

An letter explaining the purpose(s) of the stays in France

2.

For minors and/or students:

Proof of economic means of parents/legal guardian

Copy of passport of parents/legal guardian and affidavit of support and consent

3.

An international travel insurance (medical expenses and repatriation) covering the entire period of
the persons intended stay and valid for all Schengen states. Minimum coverage should be EUR
30,000.
