Digital Imaging

Digital imaging I never heard of until now. Digital images are becoming more
and more as time goes on and pictures captures moments that will last in
memories. These pictures can tell stories creating moments being shared. These
images are starting to trickle into the classroom. Teachers are starting to bring in
images for students to express themselves and use it for homework or essays which
could be appealing for the students who get nervous about writing papers. A couple
ways this could be used in the classroom is for biographies because pictures tell
things about a person and presents a different look of them. Next, Photo Essays
which I find intriguing because this would be easier than paper and gives a student
a better way to express themselves in whatever way they would like. Along with
biographies you could storytelling by presenting the image then explaining what
was going on during the pictures explaining what lead up to it and what happened
after. I like these ideas because photos have been taking overtime and pictures tell
stories of the history that has happened which tells stories in itself. This is
something I could possible due in my classroom especially with essays because
many students dread to due history papers.
