PEER FEEDBACK RE: CLINICAL PERFORMANCE NAME OF STUDENT RECEIVING PEER FEEDBACK: Jacqueline Benjamin I think you are doing a great job at: 1, Punctuality - You are at the hospital at least 1 hour before the shift changes; you take time to ensure you are appropriately attired and ready for your shift. You arrive on the floor half an hour before the shift ends so that there is always a smooth transition of patients care at the beginning of your shift. 2. Care and Respect ~ You show genuine care and concern for the well-being of your clients when you are administering medications, providing physical care, feeding your client, or simply communicating with clients or their families 3. Medication Administration — You administer oral, subcutaneous injection and ophthalmic medications with confidence. I think you need development in the following areas: 1, Time Management — Although you are usually early for your clinical, there are times when you do not get to take your breaks because you still have incomplete work. 2. Medication — You need to spend more time learning about medications you will have to administer: get more familiar with their classifications, uses, and contraindications. 3. Physical Assessments ~ You should be more confident when you are performing physical assessments on patients. I know you are capable of doing a good job.
