ORIGINS
Bachata originated in Dominican Republic in the early 20th
century. Bachata contain African descendants in it, it is parallel to
the blues. Bachata had spread from the Dominican Republic to other
Latin American and Mediterranean European countries. Guitar is
mostly use to make Bachata music, but other instruments like
maracas, claves, bongo drums and gourd guiro are also use.
