program. Placement in this program is determined by an assessment given to all students called
DIBELS (Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy), The certified teacher for this program is
‘Mss. Darci Palsma. Please sign and retum one copy of the Title 1 Reading Compact to school
and keep one copy. On behalf of the school, we know and appreciate that you are already doing
the things listed on this compact. The Parent-Student-Teacher compact is required by the State of
Towa and our Federal Government. If you have any questions about the program, please contact
