Communication Model

The sender determines the best way to deliver the message to the
intended recipient. This includes deciding the correct way to present the
message
Next the sender has to decide the best way to send it i.e. email, face to
face, letter, memo, etc.
The receiver receive the message and makes an interpretation based off of
the how the message was delivered and the information contained in the
message
Possible interference the receiver could not be focused and misread or
misinterpret the message
The receiver determines the appropriate response to the message
Next the receiver determines the appropriate method to respond to the
sender
Possible interference the sender could be trying to multitask and again
misread or misinterpret the message
The message is interpreted by the original receiver
