Falling Water:
The Falling Water, is Frank Lloyd Wrights country house, which is built over a waterfall.
It is the one of the most famous buildings in the world and the best known modern house in
America. The house was build between 1936 and 1939. The house is recognized as a model of
organic architecture. Frank Lloyd Wrights country home is located in Laural Highlands,
Pennsylvania, 43 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.

Fort Ligonier
Fort Ligonier was a British fort, and it was built during the time of the French
and Indian War. It was in use from 1758-1766, and many original items that
existed during this time period are still around today. It is now a modern
museum facility. Fort Ligonier is located in Ligonier, Pennsylvania. It has
programs for groups of students that follow the curriculum in Pennsylvania
history for the time period of the French and Indian War. Also the program
offers information that can be adapted in order to meet the needs of
different grades. The tours are opened from April 1 to November 1.

Carnegie Museum of Natural History


Carnegie Museum of Natural History is one of the four Carnegie
Museums in Pittsburgh. It is located at 4400 Forbes Avenue in the Oakland
neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Carnegie Museum has a
Discovery Room. This room emphasizes classroom activities. It Also
enhances and encourage hands-on learning by providing touchable objects
to the children. In addition, Carnegie Museum offers different programs for
homeschoolers on Tuesday afternoons.

Gettysburg
Gettysburg is a town in Pennsylvania. It is famous as Gettysburg
National Battlefield where the memories of the Civil War in the United States

Hershey Park
Hershey Park that is located in Derry Township, Pennsylvania. It is known as
the Sweetest Place on Earth. It is the place where they make Hershey
chocolate. Hershey's chocolate-themed park has activities, rides, and live
shows for children.

Horseshoe Curve

Horseshoe Curve is a three-track railroad curve on Norfolk Southern


Railway's Pittsburgh Line in Blair County, Pennsylvania. It is located in
Kittaning Point, at the base of the Allegheny Mountains. It was one of the
twelve key industrial sites which were targeted by Nazi saboteurs in 1942.
Theodore Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, Herbert Hoover, William McKinley,
Harry Truman, Franklin Roosevelt, Jimmy Carter, and Dwight Eisenhower
have all traveled on the Curve.

Hannastown is a historical and archaeological site. It is located in Hemphfield

Flight 93 memorial
Flight 93 Memorial is located at Stonycreek Township, Somerset Country,
Pennsylvania, where Flight 93 crashed after being hijacked during the
September 11 attacks. The number of people who died was 40.

USS Niagara
In The Battle of Lake Erie during The War of 1812, the USS Niagara, which
was also known as Flagship Niagara Wooden Brig, served as a relief flagship
for Oliver Hazard Perry. It is the only ship that remained from the War of
1812.
