(2) How does your media product represent particular social groups?

Social Class.
Middle Class

I would say that my film represents the middle class audience. I say this as one of the
characters in my film appears to be dressed smart in a simple black and white colour
palette. I decided on a simple monotone costume as I feel it represents the characters
mood, but also is quite a smart colour palette. You also see the character using public
transport, e.g. bus and tube. I would say its mainly the working class and middle class
who use these types of public transport.

Age.
I would say that my film represents a young audience of between
18 to 26 years of age. I say this due to both of the characters in
my film being around that age. As you can see below there are
three images. The image on the left shows a character in my film.
As you can see he is wearing a snapback backwards. This is
stereotypically seen as being a young trend, mainly seen on
young adults around the 18 - 26 age range.

Indie Hipster
Scene.
I feel like my product
also represents the
Indie Hipster scene
due to the character
wearing the black and
white has a style that
isnt commonly seen.
You would most likely
see this sort of style in a
hipster area, for
example Shoreditch,
London.
