Troubleshooting
If you faced a leak detection problem during step 1, 3 or 5, do the following:
1- Most of the problems can be solved by making sure that the tank is connected very tightly. So
make sure you tight it well and repeat the leak check.
If step 1 did not solve the problem:
Purge valve 2 and valve 6 to release the imprisoned H2.
Disonnect the tank.
Clean the nozzle again using methanol.
Connect the tank again.
Open HP.
Open valve 6, and 7. Make sure 5 and 1 are already closed, and valve 4 is already opened. Purge
valve 2 and valve 3 for 50 times.
8- After purging, 2 and 3 should be closed.
9- Close HP
10- Open and close the tank. Then do leak detection.
11- Open HP and open tank and then do leak detection again.
10- If everything is okey, open valve 1 and open tank., close valve 6 and 7. (All valves are closed now
except 1 and 4)
12- Remove the cable thats shorting the connector and put the connector back.
13- Close HP
