Dear Hiring Committee,
My name is Kara Saba. I am writing to express my interest in working
as a Registered Nurse in your organization. My expected graduation
date is May 6th of 2016, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
from the University of South Florida. I have always had a passion for
pediatric and infant care, and have recently discovered an interest in
orthopedic nursing.
I have completed 180 hours of internship on the orthopedics unit at
Sarasota Memorial Hospital during my final semester at the College of
Nursing. During this clinical experience, I have discovered a newfound
love for orthopedic nursing. My preceptor as well as the nursing
manager of the orthopedics unit has commended me in my ability to
create a compassionate and professional atmosphere with patients.
They have commented on my skills as a team player, maintaining an
eagerness and willingness in helping all members of the clinical staff.
I believe my passion and education will make me an asset to your
organization. I am a dedicated, hard working and achievement
oriented individual who enjoys helping others. I am able to create
productive relationships with diverse team members, and look forward
to working with a multidisciplinary team. I look forward to the
