Sub: Request to postpone Unit test-I date (27-02-2016)

Dear Sir,
I am writing on behalf of ISHRAE PIIT Student Chapter. As you know, the unit test is scheduled on 2702, 29-02 and 01-03 as per the term calendar. However, many ISHRAE members would like to
volunteer for ACREX which is one of the biggest HVAC exhibitions in the world and is organized by
ISHRAE at Mumbai on 25, 26 and 27 February. Also, two students from B.E. Mech, Jasvinder Batra
and Pratik Bagde are participants in aQuest quiz competition which is to be held on 27 February
and is clashing with the unit test date.
We therefore request you to take this under consideration and make suitable changes in the unittest schedule if possible so that our students can represent and make PIIT proud.
