To Whom It May Concern
Re: Emily P. Martinez
Emily P. Martinez has been my student here at Frank Phillips College for the last
two years and she is one of the few students who I have had for nine semester
hours. She has always done excellent work in my History classes and has
considerable initiative in completing the required assignments. She has always
come to class on time, asked relevant questions during class, and participated in,
and often led, class discussions, Her assignments have always been completed
exactly as requested, on time, and delivered in a professional manner. Emily is
one of the few students who completed the HIST 2311 Western Civilization class
as an honors class, which requires assignments over and above the regular
class work.
In addition, Emily is the vice-president of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and
a member of the Frank Phillips College Honors Program.
| believe that Emily would be an excellent candidate for any scholarship
opportunities that may be available.

Sincere!
