I highly recommend her for any teaching position for which she applies. Ms. Hannum has exceeded the high expectations that I have for my colleagues and students. She is a natural leader with exceptional organizational skills. Ms. Hannum and I met regularly to lesson plan, differentiate instruction, and analyze data. She performed more as a “co-teacher” than an intern. She has demonstrated her ability to successfully teach a very in-depth and challenging curriculum. She accepts feedback in order to grow professionally. She has demonstrated excellent classroom management skills, and has developed relationships with our students.
