Wahat Al Zaweya (http://www.wahatalzaweya.com) is one of the leading real estate

developments in UAE. It is an eco-friendly, self-sustainable, mixeduse community,
spread out over 22.7 million sqm in the Faqaa corridor of Al Ain region. The proposed
project is possibly the first and largest project in the Al Ain region to offer freehold title
for locals. Wahat Al Zaweya has envisioned the project to become an ideal weekend and
getaway destination for local Emiratis. The project will comprise holiday or weekend
homes that co-exist with a host of other developments.
Wahat Al Zaweya is founded on the combining pillars of development which takes into
account the environment on the one hand, and between the housing projects that give
residents comfort and entertainment during the holidays on the other hand, to meet the
growing demand for tourist sites to be accessible to everyone.
From your point of view and based on your study to the DSS course, look deeper into this
project and answer the following questions;
