    In this magazine article the author speaks of how women are now given the
    opportunities to work in male dominant jobs. Women try to work in law, media,
    business, and medicine but very rarely make it to the top. These jobs need to offer
    more chances to women and be flexible with or without children. The reason isnt
    due to the fact women cant do the job but they have less time with children and
    families at home. Even though going to college and being a mother proves to be
    challenging at times they feel it is the best time to have children because of the
    flexible schedules and the support that most students have or can receive.
