When I and my group members started focus on the basics of the battle of the sexes, the

steps of each testing, the process of testing, the result of testing, eliminating the suspicious data,
the way we draw conclusion from the results of the tests, and to the part of choose the jobs, they
are all important of the whole research and it determines the outcome of the debate. During the
process of forming statistics of the tests, we understand that there are certain areas that female
and male are good at, so we use that to identify the outliers and verify the accuracy of the data.
The limitations of the tests are the possibilities that students who couldnt understand how the
tests works and just randomly complete the tests and upload their data, another possibility is that
they knew it was wrong and refuse to correct, and another possibility is that the students acquired
results whether they are accurate or not, they refuse to acknowledge the data and alter it.
Afterwards, we utilize the data we collected and debate against the other team with our
confidence data base. Also when they mentioned any scientific claims that are bias or has less
sample size or incorrect measurements, we could totally identify it and win the debate. One of
the thing that is very important is that correlation does not mean causation, two means are
correlated with each other does not mean one caused another to occur. By evaluating the
accuracy of the experimental results, we learn to identify them quickly and correctly in other
subjects or even in real life. Since one of my class is research psychology, I and my group
members also had to identify the outliers of the results we collected from the participants. It
really did help me speed up the process of identifying incorrect and impossible data, also when
my professor Dr. Randall look through it, the results were quite promising. The part where I can
improve is to identify whether the claims they made are limited and was it base on real data or
just their assumptions. I feel like I have improved after completing this assignment, because it is
not just random write stuffs down and get it over with, it is all about science. All of the materials

that we possess requires precise measurement and proofs, validity and reliability of the evidence
or the materials should be examined before we present them.
