machines of capacity ranging from 100 tons to 2,500 tons
clamping force.

PRESSED SHEET METAL MOTORCYCLE PARTS

Sheet Metal Pressed Division is equipped with modern
Hydraulic & Power Presses of capacity ranging from 20 tons
to 1000 tons.

NICKLE/CHROME PLATED PARTS

Nickle/Chrome Plating Division is equipped with an
environmentally safe Nickle Chrome Plating Shop of capacity
to produce 60,000 Fender sets and 40,000 Wheel Rim sets.

MOLDS/DIES MANUFACTURING
Molds/Dies Manufacturing Division is equipped with modern
CNC, EDM, Wirecut and Conventional machines.
CAE/CAD/CAM techniques are applied for designing, rapid
prototyping, reverse engineering, 3D scanning, CNC and EDM
Machining.
