With reference to this office memo & letter on the subject cited above, I
am to say that as per the State Level Task Force meeting held on 0g.09.2015 under
the chairmanship of the Chief Secr.etary, Odisha all the Lessees/End user Industries
were requested to sign the service provider agieement for E- reverse -auction with
\4/s. MSTC Ltd. immediately under intimation to this office. But till now not a single
company has intimated this office regarding their agreement with I\4/s. MSTC Ltd.
As the Govt. is pressing hard for this you are therefore, requested once
again to intimate this office through Mail/Fax immediately regarding the aforesaid
matter for on ward transmission to Govt.
