IMPACT I THINK THE HAYS CODE HAD ON THE
AUDIENCE. I think that the impact created by the hays code on the audience was not as positive as planned. I think that many audience members felt disappointed and disheartened due to the fact that scheduled programs were made to be changed and story lines where also changed meaning what was expected was no longer going to happen. On the contrary some members of the audience may have been pleased with the impact the hays code had on them because they felt safe and like they needn't be concerned about any offending images and language during a show or film that they are watching.
