I.

Summary

Lucas, a writer created five-love story from people whom he met including his own story
intending to give it to the girl he love. Each story consist of different situations of love which
most, have experienced in the same or different way.
The first story are people changing due to the harsh reality that they experienced in life.
One tried to run away by trying to forget the past, while the other keeps on holding to that
childhood promise. They were brought together again by fate, but they need to learn it the
hard way to prove the strength of their love. Will that promise be enough to rekindle their
ceased love story and create their own happy ending?
The second story is about incest unnatural love for a kin. Rare, but this is the reality.
It is scientifically forbidden, morally wrong, but is it emotionally right? For those two who
share the same blood arise a feeling they know is wrong but felt right. They were found out
and was separated. Both moving on to their different lives but they could not deny what
happened. Though separated, they are still connected by someone they created. They were
never meant to be, but that moment they both shared, they were scared of the consequences
but happy.
Third story, questions us if what we felt really was love or if we will ever find that love.
Both have observed how people perceived love and they integrated it in their lives. He saw
love as an instrument to get girls. To use it for your own pleasure and game. What he did not
expect was someone silently creeping inside his heart and for the first time he fell in love,
hard.
One saw people treating love as an inconsistency with words. In her world love was
foolish and nonexistent, but she ventured to the real world and there she experienced love but
was too late to realize it. Before she could show her love to him, he was physically alive but
already emotionally and mentally dead from loving her too much to the point of drowning his
self literally at the sea to find her. She could do nothing but regret wasting the time she had
with him.
The fourth story tackles homosexual love. This story shows that gays and lesbians have
also the right to love and be love after all, they are still human. Humans who loves, who hurts
and bleeds. This is also about her fear of her true feelings. She tried to stop it for the sake of
her children.

The fifth was the writers own story. He has nothing to offer her but support and love, but
she is not ready to show her vulnerable side. For her love is a weakness. She tried to protect
herself from the pain of her past by acting indifference towards people. That wall she built
cost him.

Characters

Irene She has a photographic memory. She kept on holding on to that childhood promise but
soon finds out that promises are made to be broken.
Jordan He is an orphan and are friends with Irene. He tried to run from his past by forgetting
things, but he soon find his way back to her because of undeniable feeling.
Sandra The younger sister who falls in love with her brother. She looked at her brother with
pleading eyes, asking him to acknowledge what they felt. She got pregnant with her child with
Lupe. She soon married Reuben, had her family and contented including her daughter with Lupe.
She never regret what they did but is now happy for what happened.
Lupe Sandras older brother. Become a criminal and got into prison. He only knew that they
have a child when he was in prison and all he got was her picture.
Erica She comes from a where love do not exist. She is having a hard time feeling love no
matter how she tried. Only to find out that he already loved him but only that it was too late. She
married a TV executive in the end but kind of for business.
Jake A player but changed when he fell for Erica. He finds her but came back incapacitated. No
one knows how that happened to him. In the end he was called by the sea and find his self in
Maldiaga which I presume is the Netherworld where he cannot feel anything especially love.
Ester A mother, faithful to his husband, but dishonest on her true feelings. He respect her and
adore her husband but she loved a she
Sara A house helper who fell in love with her boss.
Bessie She experienced sexual abuse from her father and built a wall around her. She sleeps
with different man but never committed to anyone.
