MAKING PARTITION WITHOUT PARTITIONING WIN 7

step1:
go to start button
step2:
right click the computer.
drag the mouse to Manage.
step 3.
you are now getting through the computer management window.
point the mouse to the storage then click .
next is click the Disk Management .
step 4.
under the Volume column are the listed partition you have on your computer.
step 5.
right click on the drive C:
then click the Shrink Volume
step 6:
decide how size you would like to create for the new drive.
then click Shrink.
(This will shrink down the drive C: from its original size)
step7:(You'll see the new partition created)
right click the new partition, the one having the "Unallocated" (the black one not
the blue)
step 8:
choose New Simple Volume
(that will appear the "New Simple Wizard Volume")
step 9:
click Next
step10:
you also can shrink down the one that you've partitioned OR you can leave it as it
is.
then click Next.
step 11:
In Assign Drive Letter or Path.
You can choose an available letter that u'll assign to the new partition.
then click next.
step 12:
In Format Partition.
I just leave it as it is. (it appears this way:
"Format this volume with the following settings:
File system: NTFS
Allocation unit size: Default
Volume Label: New Volume
then Check the "Perform a Quick Format"

then click next.
-----there! you may now open the "My Computer" and use your new partition.
