As her teacher, | have had an opportunity to observe the student's participation and interaction in class and to evaluate the student's knowledge of the subject matter. | would rate the student's overall performance in my class as exceptional. Hailey has shown great work ethics by completing and turning in all of her assignments and kept up with the rigor of my course. She is always willing to participate in class and help fellow students when needed. In addition to her work ethics, Hailey has shown to be an overall good person, always smiling and happy. Hailey has also excelled in other areas of academics, community service, and sports. Hailey is very involved with her school; she has cheered on the high school cheer team all four years and has been involved in clubs such as Interact Club and the California Scholarship Federation (CSF). Not only was Hailey on the cheer team, she has been captain of her team for three years, showing her dedication and leadership skills. She has been honored by teachers and staff for showing good character on campus for citizenship, caring, and respect. In addition to being involved with her school, Hailey is very involved in her community by volunteering her time as a mentor to help students with their school work and to help clean up the community alongside the Love Atwater program. Hailey also Participated in welcoming home our local veterans who participated in the Central Valley Honor Flight where they flew to Washington D.C. to see war memorials.
