I have gotten to know her very well over the past four years. As the Cheer Advisor, I first met Hailey in 2012 when she joined the Buhach Colony High School Cheer Team. She immediately showed exemplary leadership skills and quickly became one of the co-captains of the freshman team. Hailey moved on to the varsity team her sophomore year and continued in cheer throughout her four years at Buhach Colony High School. Currently Hailey is serving her second year as one of my Link Crew Leaders for Buhach Colony High School. From the onset of the school year, she has impressed me with her high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition, She is definitely a leader rather than a follower. Hailey is always present and actively engaged in learning the material at hand, and does a phenomenal job teaching said material to the 9th graders in the Link Crew Program. Hailey is quite the exceptional young lady.
