The purpose of choosing this method because it is the simplest and most

efficient way to improve the awareness of students about E-Sport club.

The Powerpoint presentation will be carried out at the lobby block G
from 11.45am to 1.45pm because the students will usually gather there or
pass through there. The presentation will only display for two day a week
which is on Monday and Wednesday. The content of powerpoint slide
will include the aim, objectives , up coming event , promotion and
contact method. The presentation slides will be set as animation. Some
audio effect will be added to the Powerpoint presentation to attract
students attention. There will be three club committee be in charge during
the powerpoint presentation. The committee have the responsibility to
give further information for the students who is interested with the club.
Besides that, for a student who joined as the club member on the spot will
receive a mystery gift. There will be a notebook during the powerpoint
presentation for the students to leave comment and feedback through
facebook.
