Introduction (Setting Induction and Content):
Warm up:
Please think about that whether the number 234 is divisible by 3? Can you predict the answer without doing
division operation?
Definition:
A number is divisible by another number if the quotient is a whole number with no remainder.

Quotient and Remainder=0.

Lets see what are the divisibility rules for 2,3,4,5,6,9, and10. By using these rules you can easily say that

2 If the last digit of the number is even (0, 2, 4, 6, or 8)


3 If the sum of all the digits is divisible by 3. (Note: Repeat for large numbers.)
4 If the number formed by the last two digits is divisible by 4.

9 If the sum of the digits is divisible by 9. (Note: Repeat for large numbers.)
10 If the number ends in 0.
