    One of the resources I used to do my preliminary research was a CNN article written
    by Kelly Wallace. Kelly Wallace is CNN's digital correspondent and editor-at-large
    covering family, career and life. In her article, she describes several signs and
    symptoms of smartphone addiction, some of which I could relate to. CNN itself is a
    reliable resource but many of the claims in her article were not supported by any
    statistics. Although she provides a lot of good points and observations, I am
    reluctant to cite her work given the lack of evidence. However, it provided me with
    useful information in starting my research and allowed me to ask more questions.
